Job Description: Partnership Development Role (Remote, North America Focused)
Location: Remote (Based in Bangalore, India)
Working Hours: EST Time Zone (Eastern Standard Time)
Experience: 3-7 Years

 

Role Overview:

The Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners across North America. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration that aligns with our business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Strategy and Development
    • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth and development.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
  • Negotiation and Agreement
    • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
    • Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track and analyse partnership performance metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports on partnership status, performance, and outcomes.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer support.
    • Communicate partnership goals, progress, and updates to internal stakeholders.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience
    • 3-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners.
    • Experience working with North American markets is mandatory.

    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Education:

  • Should be a graduate. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology is strongly preferred.
